BLEACHING

The bleaching line, includes all products dedicated to bleaching, bleaching, hair dekap. All products allow very high professional performance, both in terms of technical result and care of the hair. With a view to an always better experience both for the client and for the professional, the products pay particular attention to the use of delicate and pleasant fragrances and substances that diminish or eliminate any skin reactions.

The DEKAP KIT  is a professional product useful for changing hair color whenever you want. Dekap is the process that eliminates oxidation from the hair. Each application eliminates 2 to 3 color tones, without affecting the natural color of the hair.

Hw to use: mix in equal quantities REMOVER 1 and 2, apply to dry hair with a brush, leave on for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. To eliminate further chemical color repeat the operation.

Pack: two 150 ml bottles.

The BLEACHING POWDER it is a non-volatile and perfumed powder necessary to lighten hair, both chemically and naturally colored. Rich in high quality ingredients, subjected to continuous laboratory tests, lightens up to 10 tones in total safety, preserving the health and well-being of the hair. Thanks to the special technology developed by COSMO SERVICE ITALY laboratories, the bleaching powder avoids the color change towards the yellow.

In the BLUE and WHITE variants.

How to use: in a non-metallic bowl, mix the powder with an oxidizing cream in a 1: 2 ratio (for example: 50 g of bleaching powder + 100 g of oxidizing cream). Apply to dry hair with a brush. The developing time depends on the basic conditions of the hair (treated or not, porosity, resistance etc.), the desired result (lightening tones) and the type of oxidizing cream used (10-20-30-40 volumes).

The BLEACHING CREAM is a cream with a delicate fragrance suitable to lighten hair from 1 to 5 tones. Its formula contains over 20 natural emollient substances, to preserve the softness and health of the hair. Its technology avoids the color change of hair towards yellow and orange. Its active ingredients help to limit the possible occurrence of irritations and allergic reactions.

In the BLUE and WHITE variants.

How to use: in a non-metallic bowl, mix the bleaching cream with an oxidizing cream in a 1: 2 ratio (for example: 30 g of bleaching cream + 60 g of oxidizing cream) or 1: 1.5 (for example 30 g of bleaching cream + 45 g of cream oxidant). The application ratios depends on how many shades of lightening you want to obtain, the porosity of the hair and its starting condition (chemically or naturally colored) and the type of oxidizing cream used (10-20-30-40 volumes).

PERM

The Perm line, includes all products for hair undulation. Thanks to the complex vitamins contained in its formulation, PERSONAL PERM does not stress but nourishes and conditions hair, leaving it soft and fluffy. The degree of undulation obtained varies according to the developing time. The product is available in three variants, specially designed for three different types of hair: hard (thick), normal, thin or treated.

The NEUTRALIZER, also known as “fixative” for the permanent, it is the liquid necessary to “fix” the new wavy shape of the hair, obtained through the previously used curling liquid. Its acid formula allows the hair to find the correct Ph and favors the closing of the scales, leaving the hair shiny, soft and elastic. While the undulating liquids are three different, for each specific type of hair, the NEUTRALIZER is one.

How to use: after applying the undulating liquid and having thoroughly rinsed it off with warm water, apply the neutralizer over the entire length of the hair. Wait a few minutes and rinse off abundantly.

The PERM “0”  is specially designed for thick and / or hair difficult to treat . The vitamin complex contained in its formula acts during the treatment nourishing and protecting the hair. The active ingredients penetrate the hair taking advantage of the opening of the scales necessary to produce the curls, bringing their beneficial effects also to the innermost layers of the cortex.

How to use: apply the undulating liquid  on dry hair, proceeding with a sponge, on all the lengths. Wrap each strand in the curler and saturate again with the liquid. Wait for 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the condition of the hair (porosity, treated or natural etc.), rinse very well with warm water and proceed with the application of NEUTRALIZIER.

The PERM”1″  is specially designed for natural (untreated) and normal (medium thickness) hair. The vitamin complex contained in its formula acts during the treatment nourishing and protecting the hair. The active ingredients penetrate the hair taking advantage of the opening of the scales necessary to produce the curls, bringing their beneficial effects also to the innermost layers of the cortex.

How to use: apply the undulating liquid  on dry hair, proceeding with a sponge, of all lengths. Wrap each strand in the curler and saturate again with the liquid. PROTECTION

COSMO SERVICE ITALY products dedicated to the protection of hair are specific to avoid damage to skin and hair during chemical treatments that take place in the salon. To be used before, during or after treatments, they meet different needs but they are all designed to guarantee the health and wellbeing of the hair and the client.

RESTOREX is the complete treatment studied by COSMO S.I. laboratories to protect and restructure hair during any type of chemical treatment. The kit includes three products: phase 1 (protective during treatment), phase 2 (post-treatment reconstruction), phase 3 (conditioning and anti-yellow).

How to use: phase 1 is added during the treatment, phase 2 is used as a result of the treatment and finally phase 3 is used as a substitute for the shampoo, after each treatment.

The SCALPPROTECTIVE CREAM is applied to the hairline and on the edge of the ears before proceeding with the chemical treatments (coloring, discoloration). Thanks to its complex of natural active ingredients it protects the skin and scalp from the potentially irritating substances contained in chemical treatments and limits the onset of rashes, burning or itching. During the coloring of the roots it preserves the skin from any color spots.

How to use: manually apply a thick layer of cream on the face, neck, forehead ears, on all the skin areas that could come into contact with the chemicals necessary for the treatments. It is removed by simply rinsing with water, after treatment, during shampooing.

The DERMO SOOTHING OIL (Calming Oil), is a precious complex of soothing and calming natural active ingredients, designed to prevent and minimize the irritating effects of chemical substances necessary for capillary treatments. Thanks to its lipid complex it creates a skin barrier preventing potentially irritating substances from reaching skin and scalp.

How to use: to prevent irritation and itching, mix 10/12 drops of oil directly to the coloring and / or bleaching mixture. On already irritated or particularly sensitive skin, massage a few drops of dermo-calming oil directly onto dry skin.

STRAIGHTENING

COSMO SERVICE ITALY products dedicated to hair straightening are designed to make curly, frizzy and hard to comb hair soft and easily manageable. Their formulation, rich in natural active ingredients, makes them safe and easy to use. Ideal for permanently changing your look, transforming it from curly or wawy to smooth.

The STRAIGHTENING CREAM is a professional product formulated to modify the structure of curly and frizzy hair to make it smooth and easy to comb. Based on thioglycolic acid, it works by breaking down the polymer structure of the hair which, brought in a smooth form, will keep it for a long time.

How to use: on hair washed and dried (with no acid shampoo), apply the cream with the help of a brush or appropriate gloves, strand by strand. We recommend starting from the back of the neck, where the hair is healthier and more robust. Do not apply directly on the skin. The developing time varies depending on the hair (12-15 minutes on natural hair, 7-10 minutes on treated hair). Rinse thoroughly with water and apply the liquid neutralizer for straightening.

The STRAIGHTENING NEUTRALIZER is a professional product formulated to reconstruct the capillary polymer form after the application of the straightening cream. Necessary to complete the chemical hair straightening process, it conditions and restores the original elasticity. Its acidic pH reconstitutes the hair balance, making the hair soft and easy to comb.

How to use: after applying the straightening cream and have it rinsed from your hair, towel dry well and apply the neutralizer liquid on all the lengths. Wait about 15 minutes, then rinse and wash the hair very thoroughly with shampoo with acidic pH.

The STAIN REMOVER  is a product designed to remove any oxidation stains that have settled on the skin. Rich in natural soothing and emollient substances, it is designed to avoid the occurrence of allergic reactions and has a pleasant fragrance.

How to use: apply with a cotton swab to the area of stained skin, proceed with light circular movements until the undesired color is eliminated. Rinse with water.

Pack: jar of 125 ml.

The COLOR ACCELERATOR “Personal Speedy”  is a specific product formulated to reduce the developing of the oxidation dye on skin and hair. Without using tools that develop heat, Personal Speedy reduces the time of application of the coloring mixture by about 50%, reducing the onset of itching, skin discomfort and allergic reactions. The result of the coloring remains perfect and durable, just like following the traditional developing times.

How to use: add 1 drop of Personal Speedy, color accelerator, for every 10g of coloring mixture. Mix carefully and proceed as usual with the application of color, shortening developing times by about 50% (10-15 minutes).
