The NEUTRALIZER, also known as “fixative” for the permanent, it is the liquid necessary to “fix” the new wavy shape of the hair, obtained through the previously used curling liquid. Its acid formula allows the hair to find the correct Ph and favors the closing of the scales, leaving the hair shiny, soft and elastic. While the cperm liquids are three different, for each specific type of hair, the NEUTRALIZER is just one.
How to use: after applying the perm liquid and having thoroughly rinsed it off with warm water, apply the neutralizer over the entire length of the hair. Wait a few minutes and rinse repeatedly.

WHAT’S the PERM
The permanent (undulation) is a chemical-physical treatment made to modify the original capillary shape / structure. Just as the ironing breaks down the keratin polymers, to then restore them in the new form obtained. The curly effect is obtained through the application of a basic liquid that enlarges the scales of the hair and changes its structure. Then the hair is wrapped in curlers that determine the new shape and finally, rinsed the perm liquid, the NEUTRALIZER is applied to restore the polymers.
